Caleb Raff

Hello!
My name is Caleb, and I love plants.

I'm a hydroponicist based in New York City, and I moonlight as an indoor agriculture consultant, designer, and educator. I have worked in indoor agriculture for more than six years, but I have been passionate about growing things since childhood.

Currently, I am the Head of Growing Operations at Allwell Greens, an NYC startup that aims to provide responsibly grown Asian greens to markets that often lack access to them. I have previously worked with Farm.one, The Institute of Culinary Education, Teens for Food Justice, and others, In my spare time, I am the proud parent to a growing herb garden and I love to cook with the fruits of my labor. Any time I can make things grow, it makes me happy.
